Exchange and Return

1- I declare that all the information entered above is correct such as the name, mobile number and city, and that I bear all responsibility in the event otherwise.

2- Delivery is free to most cities, except for the northern border cities, so the shipping amount is paid upon receipt from the shipping company at a rate of 20 riyals per piece.

3- I acknowledge that in the event of a defect in the items or damages, I will contact technical support via WhatsApp or the official email [email protected] to provide the information so that they can take the necessary actions, and in the event of receiving any slightly or majorly damaged parts and after 14 A day from the date of receipt or after discarding the original packaging of the product, I take full responsibility for this, and Assad Peninsula Trading Company does not have the slightest responsibility.

4- I acknowledge that in the event of a manufacturing defect in any of the electrical or mechanical parts after their installation, the replacement warranty shall apply to them provided that the original carton of the product is provided within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt, and I am not entitled to demand replacement after the specified period for that has passed or in the event that I do not Providing the original packaging for the parts properly, and in the event that an alternative is not available, the original packaging of the product is required for a full return.

5- I acknowledge that if I want to return one or all of the products within 7 days of receiving the product(s), I will bear the costs of shipping the parts through the same shipping company, and that each item is wrapped in the same original packaging, and that it has not been installed, dyed, or Amendment to it, with the exception of any mechanical or electrical items, where the carton must not have been opened and be in its original condition, and the amounts due to customers will be returned within 7 working days, more or less, after sending the shipping company receipt by the customer issued in the name of (Asad Peninsular Trading Company) and send a photo of it via WhatsApp, after reviewing the status of the items and making sure that the conditions for return or exchange are in compliance.
